Brewing Guide
Grind Size:
Medium for pour-over or filter, fine for espresso.
Ratio:
Use 15g coffee per 250ml water (adjust to your taste).
Water Temperature:
92–96°C — just off the boil.
Brew Time:
• French Press: 4 mins
• Pour Over: 3–4 mins
• Espresso: 25–30 secs
Tip:
Grind fresh before brewing and let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds to release its rich aroma and flavour.

Very good flavour and taste, I use a profitec drive to brew and a mignon stark to grind the beans. For anyone who wants to try something new & want your coffee to be really creamy and syrupy, then This coffee or even the N.O 85 will give you that! Then, in a Cup, add a teaspoon of good quality honey and half teaspoon of 100% cocoa powder like the DR Oetker, add a teaspoon of a syrup of your choice, you can add more to your preference, I used gingerbread syrup. Mix into paste and brew your coffee, 18-20 grams in 36-40g out in 26-30 seconds. Mix with spoon and steam your milk, pour and enjoy! 😋😁

Seriously, if you usually skip decaf because it tastes weak, try this one. It's fantastic. It actually tastes like proper, rich coffee. It has a smooth, chocolatey vibe and a hint of sweetness that makes it super comforting for my afternoon or evening brew. No weird chemical aftertaste, which is a huge plus. It’s genuinely delicious and doesn't give me the jitters. Highly, highly recommend.
