Brewing Guide
Grind Size:
Medium for pour-over or filter, fine for espresso.
Ratio:
Use 15g coffee per 250ml water (adjust to your taste).
Water Temperature:
92–96°C — just off the boil.
Brew Time:
• French Press: 4 mins
• Pour Over: 3–4 mins
• Espresso: 25–30 secs
Tip:
Grind fresh before brewing and let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds to release its rich aroma and flavour.

Seriously, if you usually skip decaf because it tastes weak, try this one. It's fantastic. It actually tastes like proper, rich coffee. It has a smooth, chocolatey vibe and a hint of sweetness that makes it super comforting for my afternoon or evening brew. No weird chemical aftertaste, which is a huge plus.
